One team looks after your order from the first question to the moment the door opens. Below is what that means in practice.
A message with the bouquet
Tell us what the card should say and we write it for you — a greeting card is included with every order. If you would like the message printed onto a satin ribbon instead, we can do that for a small surcharge.
Something alongside the flowers
Chocolate, a balloon or a teddy can be added at checkout. Whatever you choose travels with the bouquet in the same delivery.
Advice before you order
If you are unsure about flowers, colours or timing, call us or send a WhatsApp. We would rather talk it through with you beforehand than have you guess at the checkout.
Brought by our own couriers
Every bouquet leaves the workshop with one of our own couriers and is handed over personally at the door. We deliver in Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Gütersloh and the surrounding municipalities, and delivery is included within that area.
If nobody answers, we call you and agree on what happens next — a neighbour, a later time, or whatever suits you best. The bouquet arrives without you having to follow up on it.
Requested delivery times are checked individually for each order, so let us know in the order notes if a particular time matters.

Where we deliver, and how the handover works
Liza Florist delivers to Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Gütersloh and the surrounding municipalities. Delivery within this area is included in the price — there is no separate delivery charge.

If you would rather use PayPal in person, scan the QR code below with your phone camera and enter the amount you want to pay. It opens our PayPal payment page directly, so no account details need to be typed out.
