Order & Delivery

Are delivery times flexible and available every day?

We deliver fresh bouquets in the Gütersloh and Rheda-Wiedenbrück area every day of the week – including Sundays and public holidays. Every delivery request is checked individually so we can accommodate your preferred date as closely as possible.

Deliveries typically take place during the day. You can specify your preferred time slot when placing your order. We’ll get in touch if any adjustments are needed.

Can I specify the desired delivery time?

Yes, you can indicate a preferred time window – we’ll confirm feasibility and let you know in advance.

Tip: A time range works better than a fixed time (e.g. 10 AM–12 PM). This allows us to plan the delivery route efficiently and keep your flowers as fresh as possible until handover.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?

We always attempt personal handover – because flowers deserve a proper reception. If the recipient isn’t home, we’ll call and find a solution together, such as leaving the bouquet with a neighbour or arranging a new delivery window.

We never leave bouquets unattended at the door. Your flowers will arrive fresh and in good hands – guaranteed.

Is there a minimum order value for delivery?

A minimum order value applies; exact details are shown on the product or order page. Currently: €25 within the delivery area. Delivery itself is included free of charge within the defined zone.

Which areas do you deliver flowers to?

Our courier delivers fresh bouquets personally to the following locations: Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Gütersloh (city centre), Oelde (city centre), Wadersloh, Verl, Herzebrock-Clarholz, Avenwedde, Langenberg, Stromberg and Lippstadt (city centre).

If your address is outside this list, feel free to ask – we check availability individually and are often able to arrange delivery to nearby locations as well.

Quality, Care & Packaging

How long do the flowers stay fresh after delivery?

With proper care, our bouquets last noticeably longer than standard supermarket flowers. We work exclusively with high-quality premium roses and fresh seasonal flowers – no mass-produced bundles.

Fresh cut, clean water, a cool location away from direct sunlight and draughts – that’s the basics.

How are the flowers packaged for transport?

Every bouquet is freshly arranged in our workshop, transported with drip protection and handed over personally by our own courier – never shipped in a box, never left at a parcel station. This is what sets us apart from online flower delivery services that ship nationwide.

Is a greeting card with a personal message included?

Yes, a complimentary greeting card is included with every bouquet. We hand-write your personal message on a folded card, matched to the occasion.

We can write greeting cards in multiple languages – including Russian, Greek, Turkish, Arabic and others. Simply let us know your preferred language when ordering.

Ordering from Abroad – Send Flowers to Germany

Can I order flowers from abroad for delivery in Germany?

Yes, absolutely. We regularly receive orders from customers in the UAE, Australia, the UK, the USA and many other countries. You can order directly through our online shop from anywhere in the world – payment via PayPal works internationally without any issues.

We deliver locally in Gütersloh, Rheda-Wiedenbrück and the surrounding area. So if your family or partner lives here in the region, you can send them a fresh, handcrafted bouquet directly to their door – no matter where you are in the world.

How do I send flowers to someone in Gütersloh or Rheda-Wiedenbrück from abroad?

It’s straightforward: choose your bouquet in our online flower shop, enter the recipient’s address in Germany during checkout, add your personal message, and pay via PayPal. We take care of the rest – fresh arrangement, personal delivery, and direct handover to the recipient.

If you’re unsure which bouquet to choose or have a special request, you’re welcome to contact us via WhatsApp or email. We’re happy to advise you personally.

Can greeting cards and ribbon bands be personalised in other languages?

Yes – and this is something we’re particularly proud of. We offer personalised greeting cards and printed satin ribbon bands in multiple languages, including Russian (Cyrillic), Turkish, Greek, Arabic and more.

Whether it’s a birthday message in Russian for your mother, a congratulations ribbon in Turkish for a wedding, or a condolence card in Greek – we make it possible. Simply tell us the text and the language when placing your order, and we’ll handle the rest. This level of personalisation is something large flower delivery platforms simply cannot offer.

I live abroad – how do I know the flowers will actually arrive as expected?

We understand that ordering from a distance requires trust. Unlike national shipping services where flowers travel for days in a box, we deliver personally with our own courier – always fresh, always on the day of arrangement. We have a 4.9-star rating on Google and a long track record of delivering for customers based overseas.

If you’d like confirmation once the bouquet has been handed over, just let us know – we’re happy to send you a brief message after delivery.

How far in advance should I place my order from abroad?

We recommend ordering at least one to two days in advance – especially for specific delivery dates like birthdays, anniversaries or Mother’s Day. This gives us enough time to arrange everything to a high standard.

For urgent requests, contact us directly via WhatsApp – we’ll do our best to accommodate same-day or next-day delivery where possible.

Privacy & Security

Why is there no cookie banner on this website?

Because we don’t need one – and that’s by design. We deliberately do not use any tracking cookies and have completely removed services like Google Analytics that share your data with third parties.

Our website analytics run on Matomo – a privacy-friendly tool hosted entirely on our own server in Germany. Matomo operates in fully cookieless mode on our site: no cookies are stored on your device and no personal data is collected. Your visit is recorded anonymously so we can improve our shop – nothing more.

The only cookies used on this website are technically necessary ones – for example, to keep your shopping cart working or to maintain your session when you log in. These cookies are essential for the shop to function and do not require consent under GDPR.

In short: no tracking, no data selling, no annoying banner. Just order your flowers.

Changes, Payment & Subscriptions

Can I modify or cancel my order afterwards?

Please contact us as early as possible – we’ll check what’s still feasible. Since bouquets are freshly arranged on the day of delivery, changes become harder to accommodate at short notice.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal, payment by invoice, and cash on delivery. PayPal works seamlessly for international orders as well. Business customers are welcome to pay by invoice with agreed monthly payment terms.

Yes, we offer flexible flower subscriptions for private individuals and companies alike. Regular deliveries, individually planned and always freshly arranged.
